Beer Vouchers
Buying (and Receiving) beers through the OpenTap app is a great way to share great local craft beer with friends and family. Help those closest to you celebrate Birthdays, Promotions, Milestones (Anniversary's, Kids, etc) — or just because. Do it often and enjoy your karma!
Here's a few things to keep in mind:
Beer Vouchers must be redeemed in FULL. Breweries will not give cash back. No balance remains on the app.
Beer Vouchers expire one year from purchase/receipt (but honestly, who's gonna wait that long do drink beer?!)
Beer Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed at the brewery they were purchased for/from.
May not be used to purchase brewery Gift Cards.
Some other restrictions may apply. Ask the brewery for more details.
Accidental Redemption Policy:
We've taken multiple precautions within the app to make sure you don't accidentally redeem beers (warnings and confirmations).
In the event that you do mistakenly redeem a Beer Voucher, please email [email protected] and provide the following:
Your Full Name
Day and Time of accidental redemption
Brewery the Voucher was for
Who the Voucher was from
We'll review your case and get back to you ASAP.
